Ilbesa, three Awards in World Championship Cheese Contest 2.012

WCCC is the most prestigious contest in US and among the most relevant in the world. This competition has been held since 1.957 with high participation from its origins and in which this year attended more than 2.500 cheeses worldwide.
In this latest edition ILBESA, has been awarded three times for its cheeses DM and ESQUILA
It should be noted that the cheese DM AÑEJO is the second time receiving this award, with a score 99,75/100; a clear factor of the quality and know how of ILBESA.
These awards join to the received one month ago by the Ministry of Agriculture, Feeding and Environment, on its annual edition of the “Premio Alimentos de España al Mejor Queso” obtaining the maximum score on the category “Sheep Cheese of pressed paste”
All these acknowledgments reward the know how and the tenacity of ILBESA, distinguished by the quality of its products and the know how of it staff.
These new awards make ILBESA the most awarded Dairy in Castilla y León
