Legal notice – General Conditions of Use
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the conditions of use of the “www.qualityofspain.com” website (hereinafter referred to as “the web”) owned by ADE INTERNACIONAL EXCAL, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as Excal, S.A.), the holders of Tax Identification Number A47214424, whose registered address is C/ Jacinto Benavente 2, s/n – 47195 Arroyo de la Encomienda, Valladolid, and recorded in the Valladolid Companies Register, in volume 371, Folio 115, Page VA-1418, and who can be contacted at datos@excal.es.
1. Access conditions.
The purpose of this website is to make known and provide information about the services that EXCAL offer and its use involves full acceptance by the User of these conditions. Therefore, if you do not agree with its contents, please refrain from using the website and the services it provides. EXCAL reserve the right to make any changes they think fit and without prior notice they can modify, eliminate or include new contents and / or services, and the way they are presented and located plus the conditions of use of the website.
The User accepts that access and use of the web and its contents is done freely and consciously, under their exclusive responsibility, and consequently they are committed to the following:
- Not to use the web for activities contrary to law, morality or public order, and in general, to make an honest and fair use of the General Conditions, and to refrain from any action that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website and / or prevent the normal use and use by other Users.
- Not to manipulate or alter any content of the website without the express written consent of its owner. Any alteration, modification or manipulation without the consent of its owner, exempts the latter from any responsibility.
- Not to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, alter or modify the contents, unless you have the prior permission of the copyright holder or it is legally permitted, as well as remove, ignore or manipulate the copyright and other data identifying the rights of EXCAL or the owners included in the contents, as well as technical protection devices or any other data mechanisms that might contain the said contents.

EXCAL do not guarantee the availability and continuity of the website and are not liable for any damages that may occur, or any technical faults, including viruses or other harmful elements, whatever their nature might be, that arise from using the data and materials contained in the website.
2. Use of cookies.
In order to provide better service, EXCAL may store on the User's computer some small data files called cookies, which are used for the proper functioning of some of the services provided and for statistics, diagnosing web problems and for administering all the services offered. To limit or restrict the acceptance of cookies on your computer, the User can configure their browser for this purpose.
3. Liabilities.
The User will be liable for damages of any kind that EXCAL or any third party may suffer as a result of a breach of any of the obligations to which they are bound by these General Conditions.
EXCAL do not assume any responsibility or make any control over any website containing hyperlinks to external contents. However, they will remove any links containing illegal contents as soon as they are known.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property.
The User acknowledges that all web contents, and in particular, all information and materials, structure, selection, management and delivery of their content, programs and development of applications used in connection with them, are protected by intellectual property rights that belong to the owner of the website or, where appropriate, to third parties.
In no way does access to or use by the User imply any kind of waiver, transfer or cession neither partially or in full of such rights, nor dies it confer any rights to use, modify, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly display the contents without the prior express authorization specifically granted for that purpose by EXCAL or a third party owning the rights involved.
EXCAL are the owners of the elements of the graphic design of their website, menus, browser keys, code, texts, images, textures, graphics and any other content of the website or, in other cases, they have the corresponding authorization for using such elements.
All trademarks, brand names or logos showed on this page are the property of EXCAL and / or of third parties. You are permanently forbidden to use or download them, copy or distribute them in any way without the required consent of their owners.
In the event that any User or third party considers that any of the contents have been put on the website in violation of their rights of intellectual or industrial property, they should send notice to EXCAL, identifying themselves and the owner of the allegedly infringed intellectual property rights, providing the title or proof of representation of these rights.
5. Data Protection.
Pursuant to Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform you that the personal data provided by means of the contact form on the website will be used automatically for handling the contact database of ADE Internacional Excal, S.A., as well as for responding to your requests for information, if applicable.

6. Confidentiality.
Any information that either party provides or makes available to the other or who have access to either of them, shall be deemed confidential and shall not be disseminated, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by any of the parties for purposes other than those which led to its communication.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
The provisions of Spanish law shall govern these General Conditions. For any matters which may arise between the parties regarding the interpretation and enforcement of this document, both parties expressly agree and waiver any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid.
