Tombú 2009 wine, produced by the León bodega of Dominio DosTares, has been ranked by the Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers as "one of the best” in the Rosé category.
The group Dominio de Tares, locatedin Bierzo Alto, in San Román Bembibre, took home four medals (three silvers and one gold) at the Brussels World Competition, having submitted a total of 6964 wines to the contest.
The Union des OEnologues de Francehas just handed out its Vinalies Internationales 2011 awards, including 17 wines from the region of Castilla y León in the prize-winners, with eight gold and nine silver medals.
