Bierzo region is a wine making area placed in the North-West of Castilla-León in a valley that protect their vineyards from the worst influences of The Atlantic climate. Since the early sixties, at the side of the Way of St. James, “ Vinos del Bierzo”, has been developping his know-how in the town of Cacabelos.
